William Michael Plumb is quite the accomplished 4 year old. He loves golf, football, and milk. William, a.k.a. Dollar Bill, is the subject of an childrens book due out in the fall. He is one of the great 4 year old money minds of our time. When this reporter sat down recently with Dollar Bill, we learned a great deal about money, life, and NASCAR.

Pete the Planner: Hi Bill. Thanks for agreeing to do this interview.

Dollar Bill: What's an interview?

PTP: Shhhh. I'm going to ask you a few questions about money.

DB: I have some money upstairs in my piggy bank.

PTP: I know, I gave it to you. Anway, where does money come from?

DB: The bank.

PTP: Okay, where does the bank get the money?

DB: Daddy. He saves it there.

PTP: So what you are saying is that the banks just give us the money that we give them?

DB: Yeah, I think that's right.

PTP: Who has the most money in the whole wide world?

DB: Probably my Daddy.

PTP: How much does your house cost?

DB: I think $100. Is that right, Mommy?

Bill's Mom: Whatever you say.

PTP: What about a car?

DB: I would say about 97 monies.

PTP: Okay. The next line of questions can be answered with: a little or a lot. How much money does a policeman make?

DB: A lot

PTP: A teacher?

DB: A little

PTP: Peyton Manning?

DB: I would say...a little bit of a lot.

PTP: Huh?

DB: Yeah, Peter. Matt Kenseth won the NASCAR race yesterday.

PTP: I don't like NASCAR.

DB: I do.

PTP: How much money would like for doing this interview with me?

DB: How much do you have?

Thanks, Dollar Bill. Stayed tuned for more interviews with Dollar Bill. Next time I will try to fool him by asking what is more? 2 nickles or 1 dime?
